How long will it take for my hair to ship out?

Processing time for preorders is between 10-15 business days. Shipping time is 5-7 business days.


Ready to ship items will ship out within 2-3 business days. 

Will my wig come styled?

No, wigs will not come styled.

ShellesBeauty will not be styling and customizing units at this time. Please check our site or instagram for updates. @shelles.beauty

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes you can cancel/change an order placed with us if you let us know within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us immediately at Shelle.shellesbeauty@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What can I do if I have already received the wig/bundles but I no longer want it?

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped out, there will be NO REFUNDS, unless there is a mistake on our behalf.
